Joe Menzie is a veteran in the jewelry industry, with over 45 years servicing independent fine jewelry retailers in the USA. His company and leadership in the fine loose colored gemstone sector is internationally recognized. He served over 12 years on the executive BOD for the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA)–four as President. In 2013, in Changsha, China, he was honored by ICA with the highest and most prestigious” Lifetime Achievement” award.
Today, Joe is actively involved with the leading trade associations and buying groups in America and abroad.
Marissa Harvey is a seasoned merchandising and marketing executive with a wealth of fair trade and responsible sourcing experience in the jewelry industry.
She began her career with Tiffany & Co. where she learned the importance of responsible precious metal and gemstone sourcing. Eventually, she led the Tiffany sourcing team for colored gemstones and manufacturing for all product categories. She also served on planning and distribution teams for a major initiative.
After leaving Tiffany in 2005, Marissa has worked with many smaller companies, consulting on responsible sourcing, effecting positive change, and aligning resources for growth.
Jennifer Garfall began her career at the jewelers’ bench, utilizing and teaching both the time-honored techniques she adored as well as cutting-edge manufacturing technology. As a Senior Designer for Tiffany & Co. she is credited with designing many of Tiffany’s iconic fashion and one-of-a-kind statement pieces, including the 2012 remounting of the Tiffany Diamond. She has designed best selling collections for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Marchesa, Judith Ripka, Signet & others.
